Interfaces With: Executive Leadership Team, Retail Division Heads, Corporate Clients, Design & Production Teams, Marketing, Finance & Supply Chain

Importance of This Role

The Catalyst Group is hiring a Head of B2B Business for its client, Habitt.

As Habitt transforms its structure to distinctly separate its B2C and B2B businesses, Habitt Works becomes the strategic growth engine for corporate and institutional clients.

This role is central to shaping, leading, and scaling this new business line.

The Head of B2B will build and lead a high-performance organisation focused on delivering workspace, hospitality, and institutional furnishing solutions to corporate clients. Beyond sales, the role demands vision to position Habitt Works as Pakistans most trusted partner for customised furniture, fit-out, and design solutions.

You will act as the single point of ownership for driving growth, nurturing key client relationships, evaluating existing product lines within IBL to assess their suitability toward a B2B brand, and creating synergies across Habitts product portfolio, supply chain, and design capabilities.

What Youll Lead

1. Growth Strategy & Market Development

  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Habitt Works B2B business.
  • Build the business from the ground up, establishing client segments, pricing structures, and service delivery models.
  • Evaluate existing product lines within IBL to assess their suitability toward building a Minimum Value Proposition for Habitt Works.
  • Identify and capture opportunities across corporate offices, hospitality, educational, and real estate sectors.
  • Develop partnerships with architects, interior designers, and contractors to expand Habitts reach in project-based contracts.


2. Key Account Management & Business Development

  • Lead enterprise-level sales engagements from prospecting to contract closure.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and procurement heads.
  • Own the P&L for the B2B business, achieving revenue, margin, and client satisfaction targets.
  • Introduce structured account management practices with quarterly business reviews and renewal cycles.


3. Operational & Delivery Excellence

  • Partner with Design, Production, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Translate client requirements into actionable project briefs and manage execution timelines.
  • Oversee pricing, quotations, and contracts with focus on profitability and quality control.
  • Drive standardisation and documentation of processes for scalability and repeatability.


4. Cross-Functional Leadership & Synergy Building

  • Work closely with Retail and Manufacturing teams to leverage shared assets and optimize costs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to position Habitt Works as a credible, design-led corporate partner.
  • Build and mentor a capable B2B sales, project management, and client service team.
  • Foster a culture of performance, ownership, and client-centricity.


What You Will Bring

Strategic Builder

  • Proven ability to design and execute growth strategies for new business verticals, with strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, corporate procurement, and contract management.


Relationship Architect

  • Experience managing large institutional clients, architects, and project consultants, with a reputation for trust, delivery, and partnership.


Commercial Acumen

  • Balance growth with profitability, cost optimisation, and quality control.


Execution Leadership

  • Hands-on management style, able to translate strategy into operational reality with speed and precision.


Industry Experience

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in B2B sales, furniture manufacturing, interiors, or contract fit-outs, preferably with leadership in a design or home/lifestyle brand
