About the Job:
Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Automation Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about automation and process improvement, with a proven track record of implementing automated solutions to optimize business workflows.
Responsibilities
§ Design, develop, and implement automated solutions using industry-standard automation tools and technologies.
§ Develop and maintain scripts, workflows, and automation frameworks to automate repetitive tasks and streamline manual processes.
§ Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement across various departments and functions.
§ Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for automation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.
§ Integrate automation solutions with existing systems, applications, and databases, ensuring seamless operation and data integrity.
§ Monitor and troubleshoot automation processes, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner to minimize disruption to business operations.
§ Provide training and support to end users, empowering them to leverage automation tools and technologies effectively.
§ Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in automation, robotics, and artificial intelligence, continuously improving our automation capabilities.
About You:
Qualifications
§ bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field with 4+ years of experience in automation engineering, process automation, or related roles.
§ Proficiency in programming languages Advanced Python (Experience in working with various libraries), VB script & power platform (Power Automate, power Apps and SharePoint).
§ Hands-on experience with automation tools and technologies such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar platforms.
§ Person should have managed at least 3 to 4 end to end Automation projects which should include complete RPA life cycle.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
