Full-Time | $60,000 Base + Uncapped Commission | Hybrid Schedule

About the Opportunity

We are expanding and looking for a driven, experienced Commercial Insurance Producer to join our agency. This role is built for a seasoned professional who understands commercial risk, thrives in a sales-driven environment, and excels at building long-term relationships with business owners.

This position requires confidence, professionalism, and the ability to operate independently. We are looking for someone who knows how to prospect, structure coverage solutions, and grow a commercial book of business.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and grow a commercial insurance book of business
• Prospect and generate new commercial opportunities
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend tailored coverage strategies
• Present and bind policies including BOP, General Liability, Workers’ Compensation, Commercial Auto, and Umbrella
• Review renewals, endorsements, and coverage modifications
• Maintain strong client relationships through consistent service and communication
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance standards

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record in commercial insurance sales
• Strong prospecting and lead generation ability
• Experience working directly with business owners
• Ability to independently manage and grow a book of business
• Active insurance license (or ability to obtain promptly)
• Experience with multiple carriers preferred
• Prior agency experience strongly preferred
