What you'll do:

We are looking for a Growth Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Growth team. In this role, you will transform complex data into actionable insights that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.


You will work closely with Category Growth, Digital & Offline Marketing, and CRM teams to analyze user behavior across the funnel, measure the performance of campaigns and initiatives, and build data products that enable data driven decision making.

As part of the Growth Analytics Team, the Business Intelligent Analyst role requires strong analytical thinking, technical skills, and the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Extracting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Conduct deep dive analyses to support growth initiatives and business decisions.
  • Translate complex data findings into clear, business friendly insights.
  • Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, dashboards, and performance metrics. Making and preparing thoughtful and insightful dashboards which are interactive and contribute to the decision making.
  • Simplify and automate reporting and other data driven activities; build solutions to have maximum scale and self service ability by stakeholders.
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to evaluate new growth initiatives.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes.


What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analysis or a similar field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong data analysis skills with querying languages: SQL, R, Python, etc.
  • Experience with BI visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Advanced Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem solving capabilities with an ability to structure problems for analysis, analyze the data, understand root causes, and propose solutions.
  • Understanding of digital marketing metrics, attribution models, and customer lifecycle analysis.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
