Key Responsibilities

Review, annotate, and label clinical and RCM-related datasets according to guidelines.

Apply clinical and insurance knowledge to interpret medical records and billing data.

Validate data quality, identify discrepancies, and escalate issues.

Collaborate with clinical, data science, QA, and operations teams.

Maintain clear documentation of annotation decisions.
-
Support reporting and basic analysis using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
-
Adapt to changing guidelines and project requirements.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Biotechnology, Medicine, or related field (required).

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools.

Familiarity with SQL and/or Python is a plus.

Experience working with structured and unstructured medical data.

1-2 years of experience as a clinical pharmacist or in a clinical role.

1-2 years of experience in medical insurance or Revenue Cycle Management (coding, claims, prior authorizations, denials, or utilization review) is a strong plus.

Prior exposure to clinical data annotation or auditing is advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in a clinical or healthcare field.

Masters's degree in Data Science or Data Labelling.
