Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior BI Analyst to lead the design, development, and delivery of business intelligence solutions that drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, deep business acumen, and technical expertise in BI tools and data modeling. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform data into actionable insights.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Partner with business stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into BI solutions and dashboards.
Design and develop robust, user-friendly reports and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
Build semantic data models and define KPIs to support self-service reporting.
Perform root cause analysis and data validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Collaborate with data engineers and architects to ensure data availability and optimized performance.
Present findings and insights to senior leadership in a clear and impactful way.
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to BI best practices and standards.

Skills:

Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with modern BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
Strong knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and dimensional modeling.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a similar role.
Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodology.
Experience with Snowflake, SAP, Salesforce, or similar enterprise platforms
Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics.
Domain experience in manufacturing, finance, supply chain, or customer analytics is a plus.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience required
