Role Overview:
We are seeking an insightful and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst with a focus on Strategy & Financial Insights. This role is integral to our R&D department, where you will be responsible for developing data-driven strategies that align with our company's objectives. Your insights will play a critical role in guiding our financial decisions and strategic initiatives, ensuring we remain competitive in the ever-evolving market landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex datasets to extract meaningful insights that inform strategic decisions and financial planning.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and business metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Support the development of business strategies by providing data-driven insights and forecasts.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Science,Business Analytics or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and business strategy.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to translate complex data into understandable and actionable business insights.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.

Must Have
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated experience in creating and managing dashboards and reports for strategic and financial insights.
- Strong understanding of financial metrics and business strategy.

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools like Snowflake or Amazon Redshift.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including the use of pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data visualization.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
- Understanding of ETL processes and data integration techniques.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
