We are looking for a highly motivated and detail oriented ‘’Business Intelligence Developer’’ with proven expertise in Power BI to join our data team. The ideal candidate will have strong data modeling and visualization skills, coupled with a solid foundation in SQL and business intelligence concepts.

Responsibilities:

Be responsible for all Business Intelligence and Reporting needs of our customer.
Be a part of a team to enable executive dashboards, prepare visualization and reporting solutions using PowerBI on Azure Cloud and On-prem Environments
Ability to design the PowerBI dashboards with advanced concepts to bring best practices
Analyze and identify the data requirements of business stakeholders
Support team in data modeling, design, test and data quality life cycles
Develop collaborative relationship with data team and cross-functional stakeholders for efficient resolutions
Translate business needs to technical specifications

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MIS, Mathematics, or Statistics)
Minimum 4 years of professional experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data engineering roles
Hands-on experience with Power BI , including data modeling, DAX, Power Query (M), and report/dashboard development
Strong command of SQL , with the ability to write complex queries and perform data profiling
Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle
Experience in data warehouse modernization projects is a strong plus
Familiarity with ETL tools such as Azure Data Factory, SSIS, ODI, or Informatica is preferred
Understanding of cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS) is a plus
Exposure to other BI tools like Tableau, Qlik Sense, or SAP BO is a bonus
Experience working in agile/scrum environments
Ability to explain data concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong communication skills and fluency in English, both written and verbal
