International Markets Sales & Marketing Excellence Specialist

We are looking for an International Markets Sales and Marketing Excellence Specialist to join our International Markets team. In this role, you will support sales and marketing excellence processes by preparing analyses, reports, and performance insights, while contributing to efficiency and productivity projects across our global markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Developing analyses, projects, and solutions to improve the performance of assigned Countries by leveraging sales and marketing excellence tools.
  • Identifying success factors, prepare performance reports, and conduct activity analyses for the assigned teams and products for Countries and HQ.
  • Uploading and reporting the necessary data for sales teams into the CRM system (OCE) and preparing performance monitoring dashboards.
  • Tracking the process and managing flows such as request, development, problem solving and testing to enable more effective use of CRM system.
  • Carrying out surveying, segmentation and deployment in the CRM system.
  • Generating competitor analysis and market insight by using IMS data.
  • Provide systematic performance insights for Sales & Marketing.
  • Identifying successful factors and data needs to enhance sales activities.
  • Improve sales and marketing excellence processes, design and implement system content, and record data obtained in BI tools.
  • Managing the territory alignment, targeting and bonus scheme for the assigned teams.
  • Fulfilling ad-hoc reporting requirements.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, etc.).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field.
  • Preferably with experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Preferably experience with SQL, Power Query, Power BI.
  • Preferably experience with CRM systems (OCE) and IMS tools.
  • Good command of English.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
