What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?

  • Monitor key performance indicators of Eczacıbaşı Holding’s business units to identify trends and deviations, and develop growth and cost-saving projects based on opportunities and improvement areas.
  • Explore growth potentials in existing operations through data-driven analysis, and conduct feasibility studies for new products/services, markets, or business models.
  • Identify cost optimization and operational efficiency opportunities, conduct impact analyses, and develop implementation plans.
  • Prepare detailed and targeted briefs for the Advanced Data Analytics team regarding identified growth and savings projects, and track the progress of these initiatives.
  • Analyze the processes of various business units in detail, conduct benchmarking studies, and design improvement projects in pricing, operational excellence, campaign management, revenue management, etc., to be implemented across the Holding. Ensure adoption and implementation of these projects through strong stakeholder management.
  • Monitor the e-commerce strategies, goals, and actions within the Group and its affiliates, and propose recommendations regarding profitability and growth opportunities.

What kind of teammate are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or other relevant quantitative/engineering fields.
  • MBA or a master’s degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in roles such as revenue management, growth, e-commerce, management consulting, or data analytics.
  • Proven track record of analyzing complex business problems and developing and implementing growth and efficiency projects.
  • Preferably experience in at least 2 different industries.
  • Experience working closely with data analytics or business intelligence teams and leading analytical projects.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills and ability to solve complex problems.
  • Ability to interpret data and generate meaningful business insights.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to see the big picture and plan long-term.
  • High sense of responsibility, initiative, and results-driven approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics to stakeholders at different levels.
  • Strong presentation and persuasion skills.
  • Robust stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and business units.
  • Team player with a positive and constructive attitude.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and project management software is a plus.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Residing in Istanbul.
