Letgo is one of the leading platforms for buying and selling second-hand goods. With millions of users across Turkey, we're transforming the way people think about ownership and sustainable commerce. We're now looking for a visionary and results-driv en Chief Marketing Officer (C MO) to join our executive team and lead our next stage of growth.



Role Overview:

As CMO, you will be responsible for shaping and executing Letgo’s marketing, commercial, and growth strategies. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and play a key role in driving user acquisition, engagement, monetization, and overall revenue generation. This role reports directly to the CEO and is a strategic partner in company-wide decision-making.



What You Will Be Doing:

  • Own and lead the entire Marketing, Commercial, and Growth functions.
  • Define and execute data-driven go-to-market and brand strategies that fuel revenue growth.
  • Lead digital marketing, content, PR, demand generation, and communications efforts.
  • Oversee performance marketing, brand marketing, CRM, partnerships, and content.
  • Identify new monetization opportunities and optimize existing revenue streams.
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value in collaboration with Product and Design teams.
  • Oversee the full marketing funnel from awareness to lead generation to nurturing.
  • Build and manage high-performing, cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze market trends and user insights to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure strong ROI across all initiatives.
  • Establish KPIs and regularly report on marketing performance and metrics to the executive team.
  • Represent the marketing function at the executive and board level.


You’ll Be Great For This Role If:

  • Proven experience (15+ years) in senior marketing leadership roles, ideally in digital platforms, marketplaces, or C2C tech companies.
  • Strong track record of driving measurable business results through marketing and growth strategies.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing, brand positioning, lifecycle marketing, and commercial optimization.
  • Track record of driving rapid growth and brand elevation globally.
  • Strong digital marketing expertise across performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social, content, and CRM.
  • Experience managing large teams and budgets across diverse functions.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for experimentation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Comfortable with both strategic leadership and hands-on execution when needed.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills; fluent in English.
