Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverable milestones collaboratively.
• Manage product backlogs, roadmaps, and sprint planning with development teams.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
• Align cross-functional teams with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
• Communicate progress, risks, and project updates to key stakeholders regularly.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive positioning.
• Mitigate risks by developing contingency plans and resolving team conflicts.
• Continuously improve project management processes, tools, and team workflows.

Skill & Experience

• Proficiency in project tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, and MS Project.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and PRINCE2 methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder communication and management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear actionable team deliverables.
• Data-driven decision-making using CRM platforms and business analytics tools.
• Strategic thinking, adaptability, and strong cross-functional team collaboration skills.
