Business Manager
with strong leadership capabilities who will take full ownership of business processes end to end.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Define the brand’s direction, positioning, and growth priorities in the Turkish market in line with global strategic objectives

Ensure seamless execution of brand strategies in the field through close collaboration with sales, marketing, trade marketing, and field teams

Prepare periodic business plans, evaluate category priorities, new product launches, and growth opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, regional, and global teams to ensure strategic alignment and effective communication

Analyze market, competitor, and category data to identify growth potentials and provide actionable insights to internal teams

Partner with channel sales managers to contribute to commercial planning and monitor the alignment of execution with targets

Present regular performance reviews, risk assessments, and opportunity analyses to senior management to support strategic decision-making
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields

Minimum 7 years of experience in the FMCG industry

Experience in distribution, category, or brand management is a strong plus

Strong strategic mindset with excellent analytical and commercial acumen

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and commercial teams
