Business Manager

JMR Auto Export is a fast-growing automotive export company based in Dubai, specializing in the export of new and used vehicles to international markets, particularly Africa. We are looking for an experienced Business Manager with strong business vision and leadership skills to manage and grow the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily company operations
• Define and execute business and sales strategies
• Lead sales, operations, and administrative teams
• Develop new markets and strengthen international partnerships
• Monitor performance, targets, and KPIs
• Report directly to company ownership

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in business management in auto exporting or executive management
• Strong understanding of business direction, strategy, and growth planning
• Experience in automotive, export, logistics, or B2B sales is a strong advantage
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability
• Experience with sales strategy, pricing, KPIs, and reporting
• Familiarity with CRM systems (experience with Zoho CRM is a plus)
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
