Job Description Overview: We are looking for a dynamic, business-focused Product Manager – Cybersecurity Solutions to manage our cybersecurity solutions portfolio within the system integration business unit. This role is fully focused on driving new business growth by executing targeted go-to-market strategies in close collaboration with sales, marketing, presales, and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to deliver measurable results. The individual will take personal ownership of key brands, lead strategic sales plays, enable the sales team, and engage directly with customers. Key Responsibilities: Good understanding of cybersecurity solutions (Firewalls, Endpoint Protection, SIEM, SOAR, XDR, Data Security, GRC etc.) Take full responsibility for achieving revenue targets through new business development. Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, driving the execution of targeted sales plays and campaigns aligned with strategic priorities. Act as the primary business owner and strategic interface for OEM partners. Develop and implement strategic pricing, discounting, and bundling strategies to maximize profitability and win rates. Monitor financial performance, conduct forecasting, and report on key business metrics to senior leadership. Conduct sales enablement sessions, support the progression of opportunities, and work closely with sales and presales teams to maintain a strong pipeline and ensure successful deal closures. Lead customer meetings, presentations, and discovery sessions to build trust, understand customer needs, and support the sale of both standard and complex solutions. Maintain and strengthen partnerships with key OEMs and distributors through proactive business planning, compliance management and joint engagement initiatives. Mentor and build a strong, collaborative team by supporting individual growth, encouraging open communication, and aligning efforts with company goals Ensure disciplined CRM usage, accurate forecasting, clean pipeline management, and timely reporting to leadership. Requirements Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity solution sales, with proven leadership capabilities. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage brand portfolios, and drive new business growth. Experience working closely with presales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams. Hands-on experience in managing OEM relationships and joint go-to-market planning. Relevant cybersecurity product knowledge or vendor certifications. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
