What You’ll Do

As a Product Owner , you’ll be the key driver of product success within a cross-functional Agile team. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, customers, and developers to ensure the right features are prioritized and delivered—always aligned with business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog — prioritize based on impact, complexity, and readiness
• Define clear, actionable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align product goals with customer and business needs
• Lead Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Reviews, Backlog Refinement, and Standups
• Validate that features meet both functional requirements and user expectations
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and governance standards
• Drive adoption of Microsoft technologies including Power Platform and Azure services
• Support continuous improvement and contribute to Agile best practices across teams

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager (3+ in Microsoft Dynamics 365)
• Strong understanding of CRM/ERP systems (Dynamics 365 CE, FO, BC) and customer-centric processes
• Certified in Agile frameworks (e.g. CSPO, PSPO, SAFe POPM) (Optional)
• Proven experience in backlog management, stakeholder alignment, and delivering customer-focused features
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Automate, BI, Pages)
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills in cross-functional teams
• Ability to translate strategic goals into prioritized deliverables
• Experience with tools like Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, and prototyping platforms (Figma, Adobe XD)
