Business Manager-Model and Talent Agency

Business Manager – Modeling & Talent Agency – Raleigh, NC

We are a faith-based modeling and talent agency, 33 years in business, seeking a hands-on Business Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, secure bookings, and help keep the agency on track with its revenue goals. This role works closely with other managers to ensure the agency runs smoothly while maintaining our values, standards, and long-term vision.

The ideal candidate is reliable, results-driven, and comfortable taking responsibility in a small business environment. We want someone who understands this is a small business and wants to help elevate it to the next level. You must have an entrepreneurial mindset and put in the work as if it was a startup.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all daily operations of the agency, ensuring objectives and revenue goals are met efficiently
  • Search for and book modeling and acting jobs for talent
  • Set appointments, interview, and sign new models and talent
  • Manage staff and workflow to maintain high performance, accountability, and alignment with agency values
  • Collaborate with other managers on financials, records, lead generation, and events
  • Solve problems as they arise to keep the agency running smoothly
  • Maintain a professional and values-driven environment
  • Support the growth and long-term vision of the agency

This is a hands-on, results-driven role requiring initiative, strategic thinking, and strong follow-through. The Business Manager must align with the agency’s faith-based values and ensure the agency operates efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

  • Marketing, business, or operations experience preferred. Management and sales experience required
  • Interest in modeling, acting, or the entertainment industry
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and accountable
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Must align with the agency’s values and mission
  • Results-oriented mindset; committed to the agency’s long-term success
  • Must live in a drivable distance to Raleigh, NC

This is not a corporate role. It requires ownership, initiative, and the ability to think and act like a business operator.

Compensation

This role includes a hybrid compensation structure:

Base Hourly Pay plus Percentage of Revenue

  • $25 per hour for scheduled in-office hours
  • Percentage of Revenue on Revenue generated personally
  • Bonuses are earned based on performance and contribution to overall agency success

Pay Schedule

  • Paid bi-monthly

Growth Potential

Hours:

  • This position is hybrid. Office hour requirements are Tuesday afternoons and Saturdays. These two days are mandatory.
  • Hours in agency are Tuesdays from 130pm to 430pm and Saturdays from 10am to 4pm.
  • Other hours are remote
  • This position starts off part-time and can lead to full-time.
