Business Manager - Supply Chain & Operations

ChargeX is shaping the future of battery manufacturing with innovation, precision, and sustainable energy solutions. We are looking for a Business Manager with experience in shipments, supply chain, and operations to lead our teams and ensure smooth, efficient business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise shipment operations, ensuring accurate documentation, timely dispatch, and compliance with customs/export-import regulations.
• Manage supply chain activities including procurement, vendor coordination, inventory control, and logistics planning.
• Oversee production planning and resource allocation to meet customer demand and delivery timelines.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor operational KPIs and develop strategies to improve cost efficiency, turnaround times, and overall performance.
• Coordinate with senior management to align operational execution with business goals.
• Implement risk management practices to mitigate shipment, supply chain, and operational disruptions.
• Prepare and present periodic reports on operations, supply chain performance, and business outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field
• 3+ experience in operations, supply chain, or business management, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of shipment processes, logistics, and supply chain best practices.
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams and driving performance.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, supply chain tools, and MS Office.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
