As a Business Marketing Executive at CRISIL, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and marketing our services and events across various sectors This position requires a versatile professional who not only excels in event management but also possesses strong marketing acumen and exceptional communication skills to effectively represent our brand to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning and Execution:

Plan, organize, and execute offline events such as conferences, seminars, and networking events across different sectors.

Coordinate logistics, and ensure events run smoothly from conception to completion.

Ideate and develop innovative event concepts and themes tailored to meet the objectives and preferences of diverse stakeholders. Co-create experiential client engagements and partner closely across internal functions to develop content.

Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in event management, incorporating relevant tools and platforms to enhance event delivery.

Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management:

Act as a primary point of contact for clients, sponsors, vendors, and partners, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to articulate our brand message and value proposition.

Marketing Strategy Implementation:

Execute marketing strategies to promote business services, events, build alliances, and enhance brand visibility.

Utilize digital marketing channels, social media, email campaigns, and partnerships to drive event attendance and engagement.

Build and maintain strong relationships to foster long-term partnerships and business growth opportunities.

Brand Representation and Presentation:

Ensure consistent brand representation across all event materials and communications.

Present our company and its services confidently and professionally at industry events, meetings, and presentations.

Marketing Management

Manage marketing efforts across events, alliances, industry bodies, communications, and digital strategies with a proven track record of generating excellent marketing outcomes

Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media and website platforms. Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance audience engagement and brand visibility. Hands-on experience with SEO and website performance tools will be considered an added advantage.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience of B2B marketing and communications

Willingness to travel.

Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing marketing strategies.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
