Position: Business Monitoring & Competitive Advantage (BMCA) Coordinator- Contract Management
Position Purpose
The BMCA Coordinator is responsible for supporting the effective implementation, tracking, and continuous improvement of Patient Access Programs and strategic initiatives across Axios operations. The role plays a key part in ensuring the integrity, efficiency, and competitiveness of business monitoring functions, with a focus on data analysis, compliance oversight, process optimization, and stakeholder engagement.
This position bridges operational functions with strategic execution, providing actionable insights that enhance decision-making, ensure program alignment with business goals, and uphold Axios' standards of excellence. It also supports the identification of trends, risks, and opportunities that influence patient outcomes and market positioning. The ultimate purpose of this role is to expand access strategies among the globe to maximize patient medical benefits.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate the contract lifecycle administration, including tracking of new contracts, amendments, renewals, and terminations.
- Maintain contract obligation trackers covering operational, reporting, governance, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate internal contract reviews with Legal, Compliance, IT, Finance, and Operations teams to collect inputs and consolidate feedback.
- Support preparation of contract summaries and obligation handover documents for operational teams.
- Track contract approval status and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
- Ensure contract documentation is stored in accordance with document control standards and is audit-ready at all times.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g., hospitals, pharmacies, distributors) to ensure effective delivery of patient support services.
- Consolidate and analyze program data to track progress against goals, and flag deviations or challenges.
- Collaborate effectively with staff, healthcare providers, and other professionals to ensure the highest quality of care and service delivery.
- Assist Program Managers in managing Patient Support Programs (PSPs), liaising with hospitals, patients, and other key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with regional staff on all internal and external audits and ensure audit readiness and compliance.
- Monitor program performance through established KPIs and support performance improvement initiatives.
- Track and manage patient files in real time, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information across all program phases.
- Prepare timely monitoring reports on patient numbers, logistics, and quality assurance, support quarterly internal and client reporting.
- Attend and complete all required trainings provided by the pharmaceutical companies, including Pharmacovigilance and Product Training, with a clear understanding of how to collect and report safety data.
- Be familiar with Axios’ Patient Management System (PMS) and use it to review program-related activities to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Develop and maintain cooperative working relationships that support seamless and integrated service delivery.
- Document all services accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with ethical, legal, and professional standards.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant legislation, Axios policies, SOPPs, and the Axios Code of Conduct.
- Report any adverse events or product complaints as per client requirements and Axios procedures.
- Support Axios governance activities by monitoring processes, applying control measures, and ensuring regulatory and internal compliance.
- Lead periodic meetings with Axios leadership and department heads to provide updates on program progress and performance.
- Promote awareness and adherence to escalation protocols for deviations, incidents, and non-compliance.
- Ensure services are patient-centric and aligned with ethical and professional standards of care.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support business monitoring and strategic initiatives.

Educational Background and Experience
At least 2-5 years of professional experience in healthcare sector is ideal
Excellent command of both spoken and written English

Experience in data monitoring and management is an advantage

Job Circumstances
The position is based in our regional office and may require frequent travel to other locations, including offices outside your designated region, as needed.
Flexibility in ability to travel as well as working hours is essential.
