Position: Business Operation Coordinator to Chief Executive Officer (CEO)


Location:
Tri-city (Chandigarh / Mohali / Panchkula / Zirakpur)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week

Role Overview:

We are seeking a sharp, dependable, and proactive male graduate to work as a Business Operation Coordinator to the CEO. This role is not related to administration or office operations.


The Business Operation Coordinator will work directly with the CEO, supporting him in planning, coordination, meeting follow-ups, execution tracking, and communication. This is a high-learning, high-responsibility role, ideal for someone who wants exposure to leadership thinking, business operations, and decision execution.


What This Role Is:


  • Founder’s Office / CEO Office coordination
  • Task tracking, prioritisation & follow-ups
  • Meeting support & execution alignment
  • Communication on behalf of the CEO


Requirements

Key Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with the CEO on daily priorities and action items
  • Track commitments, tasks, and timelines decided by the CEO
  • Coordinate with internal teams and senior staff for execution and closure
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes of Meetings (MoM), and track action points
  • Draft professional emails, summaries, and internal communications
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, reminders, and follow-up structure
  • Screen calls, messages, and requests professionally
  • Maintain structured trackers, action logs, and MIS sheets
  • Support research, data analysis, and presentations as required
  • Represent the CEO’s office with confidence, clarity, and discretion


Experience & Qualification:


  • Graduate (any stream)
  • Fresh graduates welcome
  • Candidates with internships, Founder’s Office exposure, or coordination roles preferred
  • Candidates from pure admin / office management backgrounds should not apply


Skills & Competencies:


  • Excellent communication skills – strong in spoken and written English
  • Strong command over MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable using AI tools for drafting, research, summaries, and productivity
  • Ability to prepare MoM and convert discussions into clear action items
  • Highly presentable, professional, and confident
  • Proactive mindset with strong follow-up discipline
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under guidance
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and maturity


Additional Requirements:


  • Valid driving license (mandatory)
  • Comfortable with local travel when required
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and systems
