We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR & Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and basic financial recordkeeping. The ideal candidate must have a background in both Human Resource Management and Accounting, along with strong MS Excel and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll data.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and performance tracking.
  • Prepare and manage vouchers, petty cash, and expense reports.
  • Support monthly financial reconciliations and documentation.
  • Prepare HR and finance reports using Excel (charts, summaries, dashboards).
  • Coordinate internal communication and maintain company files.
  • Assist management in preparing presentations and HR/finance summaries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR and/or accounting roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle confidential information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs45,000.00 per month
