Job Overview:
We are hiring a Business Operations Assistant to support our day-to-day operations from our office in Kharian, Pakistan. This is an on-site role—not remote—and requires direct involvement with our U.S.-based operations team.

You will be assisting brokers and operations managers by:

• Communicating with truck drivers, shippers, and receivers in the U.S. via phone and email
• Tracking and updating shipment statuses
• Providing support and updates to the Ops team and customers
• Ensuring smooth coordination and administrative follow-through

• Preferably have previous experience in logistics, operations, or customer support (not required, but a plus)

• This is NOT a remote position.
• Interstate X does not provide relocation, commute, or travel assistance.

Position Details:

• Job Type: Fulltime
• Work Location: On-site in Kharian, Pakistan
• Timings: Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)
• Salary: Rs 50,000 – Rs 70,000/month (based on experience)
