Position: Business Operations Executive (Company Formation)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented female candidate to join our team as a Business Operations Executive. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in business setup operations in the UAE and the ability to manage client cases efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end company formation processes for Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore businesses.
• Prepare, review, and submit trade license, visa, and other government-related applications.
• Coordinate with UAE government authorities (DED, MOHRE, Immigration, Free Zones, etc.).
• Ensure timely renewals of licenses and visas while maintaining compliance.
• Keep accurate client records and provide regular status updates.
• Stay updated with changes in UAE business setup laws, policies, and regulations.
• Support clients with a smooth and hassle-free setup experience.

Requirements

• Female candidates preferred
• 1–2 years of UAE experience in company formation / business setup
• Knowledge of Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore processes
• Familiarity with government portals (DED, MOHRE, ICA, Free Zone systems)
• Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
