Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven ELV Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Public Address Systems, BMS, Structured Cabling, Intercoms, and other related security and automation systems. This role involves identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for ELV systems in commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.
  • Promote and sell ELV solutions such as:
  • CCTV & Surveillance Systems
  • Access Control Systems
  • Fire Alarm Systems
  • Public Address Systems
  • Building Management Systems (BMS)
  • Structured Cabling and Data Networks
  • Intercom and Video Door Phone Systems
  • Intrusion Alarm Systems
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
  • Understand customer needs and propose appropriate ELV solutions in coordination with technical teams.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tenders in line with company standards.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with presales, engineering, and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions in the CRM.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience in ELV systems
  • Good technical understanding of ELV systems and integration
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple client accounts
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Valid driving license preferred for field sales activities

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with consultants, contractors, and end clients
  • Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations (especially in GCC/UAE if relevant)
  • Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
  • Existing network within the construction, MEP, or FM sectors
