About the Role
We are hiring a Business Operations & RFP Analyst to support the Chief Business Officer (CBO) across business development, contracts, research, and operational projects.
This is a full-time
on-site night shift role based in Karachi, Pakistan.
position requiring strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to interpret complex documents such as RFPs, grants, and contracts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to convert dense information into clear, concise, actionable summaries for executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
RFP / Grant / Contract Review

Review and interpret RFPs, RFIs, grants, contracts, MOUs, and related documents.

Identify key details including scope, requirements, deliverables, deadlines, evaluation criteria, financial terms, and risks.

Prepare structured executive summaries, checklists, and decision briefs for the CBO.
Pro Forma & Financial Support

Build and update basic pro formas and financial models (e.g., revenue/expense projections, staffing scenarios).

Maintain organized Excel/Google Sheet files with clear assumptions.

Develop side-by-side comparisons for different business or program options.
Project & Deadline Management

Track key deadlines, milestones, and deliverables for RFPs, contracts, and internal initiatives.

Maintain simple project trackers and provide regular status updates.
-
Follow up with internal teams to collect required inputs.
Communication & Presentation
-
Prepare concise briefs, talking points, and internal communication drafts for CBO review.

Schedule meetings and assist with professional email drafting.

Support creation of slides or one-pagers for internal or external use.
Research & Insight Development

Conduct targeted research on markets, competitors, partners, or program requirements.

Provide short summaries highlighting insights, data, and relevant sources.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field,
OR
relevant experience in operations, analytics, proposal support, or business roles.

Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to extract what truly matters from long or complex documents.

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, modeling, formatting).

Excellent written communication (clear, concise, professional).

Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.

High attention to detail and accuracy—both in text and numbers.

Ability to work independently while proactively asking questions when needed.

Ability to handle confidential business and contractual information.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with RFPs, grants, contracts, or compliance processes.

Exposure to healthcare, behavioral health, government, or nonprofit environments.
