NCRi Solutions is looking for a highly organized and proactive Business Operations Support Executive to provide high-level administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner to the CEO, managing schedules, communication, and sensitive information while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain documentation, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Support day-to-day operational tasks and assist with special projects as assigned by the CEO.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 4–5 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role in reputed organizations.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and time management.
  • High sense of ownership, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site work environment
