Business Opportunity: Coffee Kiosk - Main Lobby

Overview

Itihad Community Management invites proposals from qualified caféoperators/coffee shops to establish and operate a Coffee Kiosk in the MainLobby of Fortune Executive Tower. The initiative aims to enhance tenantsatisfaction and create a welcoming, vibrant lobby atmosphere through theprovision of high-quality specialty coffee and light refreshments.

The primary objective of this RFP is toidentify an experienced and reliable partner:

• Delivering premium coffee and beverageservice within a compact lobby space.
• Enhancing tenant experience and visitorsatisfaction through efficient, aesthetic, and high-quality operations.
• Operating with zero capital expenditure(CAPEX) for the building while maintaining full operationaltransparency.

The selected vendor shall beresponsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of the coffee kioskwithin the following specification:
