Atomiq is a Dubai-licensed consultancy group operating across multiple verticals. We’re consolidating growth under one umbrella brand and inviting proven operators to run a vertical like a mini-CEO—with full autonomy and Profit & Loss ownership—while we provide licensing, office infrastructure, systems, and back-office support.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead your chosen vertical end-to-end: strategy, BD, delivery, client success, P&L.
  • Build and close a pipeline; price, scope, and execute engagements.
  • Assemble and manage a lean team (as needed); standardize delivery and QA.
  • Coordinate with our central team for invoicing (Zoho), admin, branding, and compliance.
  • Report monthly on revenue, margin, and growth experiments.

  • Cross-sell opportunities across Atomiq’s client base.
  • Clear path to equity: if the vertical scales, we can spin it into a separate free-zone entity with shared ownership.

Compensation (Read Before Applying)

  • No fixed salary to start. This is a profit-sharing partnership.
  • % split agreed per vertical and deal economics; reviewed quarterly based on performance.
  • Option to discuss a small retainer later, contingent on sustained profitability.
