Business Performance & Sales Excellence Analyst

BP&SE analyst will be responsible for analyzing sales and performance data, providing actionable insights, and supporting our trade marketing and sales strategies. Your expertise in Excel and data analysis will be crucial in driving business performance and enhancing our sales excellence initiatives.


DESCRIPTION

1. Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze sales performance, market trends, and promotional
  • effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
  • (KPIs) and business metrics.
  • Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.

2. Sales Excellence Support:

  • Assist in the development and execution of sales and trade marketing strategies, including
  • promotions, sales campaigns, and in-store initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on performance goals and strategies.
  • Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

3. Market Research and Insights:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand consumer behavior, competitive dynamics, and industry trends.

4. Administrative and Project Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales performance and marketing activities.
  • Manage and track project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely execution of initiatives


QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a data analysis or business performance role within the FMCG sector.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
