We are hiring a Business Planning Analyst for a leading real estate developer in Dubai .

This is a permanent opportunity within a high-impact strategy & planning function.

What we are looking for:

This role is ideal for someone who is not just strong in Excel, but can understand the story behind numbers and challenge business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support business planning, budgeting & forecasting cycles

• Perform variance analysis and identify root causes

• Track financial & operational KPIs

• Build dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership

• Support scenario analysis and planning models

• Work closely with cross-functional teams

FP&A / Business Planning / KPI tracking experience

Budgeting + forecasting exposure

Strong Excel (not basic — proper advanced)

Analytical mindset (variance + root cause)

Must Have:

• Strong FP&A / Business Planning / Financial Analysis experience

• Advanced Excel skills (linked sheets, financial models, dashboards)

• Exposure to Power BI / SAP / planning tools

• Ability to analyze financials, KPIs, and performance trends

• Strong understanding of budgeting & forecasting

• Real estate experience (property management, leasing, sales exposure)

• Ability to challenge and improve budgeting approaches

• Background in FP&A, consulting, or corporate planning

• Strong stakeholder communication and business thinking
