Business Process Analyst / Consultant (Project-Based)

About the Role:

We are looking for a mid- to senior-level Business Process Analyst / Consultant to support our ongoing ERP integration and other process improvement initiatives. This is a project-based engagement where you will work closely with department heads and our IT team to document, analyze, and optimize business processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct process discovery sessions with different departments
• Create and validate As-Is and To-Be process maps
• Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements
• Translate processes into functional requirements for IT/system implementation
• Support testing and validation to ensure system output matches business needs

Qualifications:

• 5–7+ years’ experience in business process analysis or consulting
• Strong skills in process mapping (flowcharts, swimlane, BPMN) and documentation
• Experience working with or implementing ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Available for project-based work (contract engagement)

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $68,020.50 - $81,917.16 per year
