Business Process Analyst

We are seeking a Business Process Analyst to support a digital transformation initiative for a leading government client in the UAE.

• Map, analyze, and redesign existing business processes using BPMN 2.0 standards.
• Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities through Lean Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC / Kaizen).
• Develop and implement continuous improvement frameworks to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Finance, HR, Sales) to gather requirements and define business needs.
• Support automation initiatives using tools like n8n, Power Automate, UiPath
• Define and track KPIs and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of process changes.
• Prepare detailed SOPs, process documentation, and workflow diagrams for process governance.
• Assist in ERP/CRM implementation and ensure process alignment across digital systems.
• Conduct training and awareness sessions on Lean and Continuous Improvement practices.
• Partner with leadership to translate strategic goals into actionable process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification (preferred).
• 3–6 years of experience in process analysis, optimization, or business transformation.
• Strong knowledge of BPMN, SOP creation, and KPI tracking.
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools (n8n, UiPath, Power Automate, Odoo, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in government, manufacturing, logistics, or service industries is a plus.
