We are seeking a Business Process Analyst to support the assessment, enhancement, and documentation of operational processes and governance frameworks. The role will focus on developing and improving process documentation within technology-driven environments. Experience in travel e-commerce, fintech, IT, or service-tech domains is preferred.
Key Requirements

Proven experience in business process analysis or similar roles.

Proven experience in developing and maintaining SOPs and SLAs.

Domain background in travel e-commerce, fintech, IT, or digital service platforms.

Ability to analyze current workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and define optimized processes.
Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in consulting or Big Four environments.
Other Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, MIS, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong analytical and organization skills with attention to detail.

Effective communication and stakeholder interaction skills.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and document business processes, identifying areas for standardization and efficiency improvement.

Develop, update, and maintain SOPs, SLAs, and related governance documentation.

Create process maps, workflow diagrams, and operational playbooks aligned with organizational standards.

Work cross-functionally with IT and business units to ensure correct process implementation.

Conduct process performance evaluations and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Provide knowledge transfer and process training for relevant stakeholders.
