Summary: As a Business Process Architect, you will engage in the analysis and design of innovative business processes. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, documenting new processes, and ensuring that the implementation aligns with the defined product requirements. You will also participate in user and task analysis to effectively represent the business needs, facilitating a seamless integration of new technologies and processes into the existing framework. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop comprehensive documentation that outlines new business processes and technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Broadcasting Media. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Experience in process mapping and documentation techniques. - Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Familiarity with project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery of initiatives. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Broadcasting Media. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
