Business Process Development Specialist


Key Initial Responsibilities:

  • Identify business needs and problems within the company; develop hypotheses for areas of improvement.
  • Design, optimize, and restructure processes related to real estate investment, purchasing, leasing, contract management, operations, and maintenance, with a focus on digitalization and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure process integration with SAP systems; take an active role particularly in processes involving ARIBA (Procurement) modules.
  • Analyze and redesign existing processes using process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Bizagi).
  • Collaborate closely with business units to ensure effective communication and coordination in process improvement projects.
  • Define KPIs and performance metrics to enhance process traceability and monitoring.
  • Generate insights through data analysis to support business decision-making.


Qualifications for Business Development Specialist:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Preferably holds a Master’s degree (MSc) in Industrial Engineering or an MBA.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in process development within real estate investment, management consulting, energy, or multi-company structures (preferred).
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Certifications in process analysis, project management, or business analysis are a plus.
  • Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Bizagi).
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Team-oriented, with strong communication skills and a results-driven approach.
