My client are looking for a highly experienced ERP Business Process Transformation Lead with deep expertise in procurement and supply chain to drive large-scale ERP transformation programs, preferably on the Oracle Fusion Platform .


The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business process analysis, redesign, and implementation, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior client leadership.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current procurement and supply chain business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design optimized business processes aligned with Oracle Fusion ERP capabilities and strategic business goals.
  • Lead client workshops to assess current processes and gather detailed requirements.
  • Develop transition strategies and roadmaps from existing platforms to Fusion Procurement.
  • Create and maintain detailed process maps and documentation to guide ERP configuration and implementation.
  • Collaborate with system integrators and technical teams to ensure ERP configuration aligns with designed processes.
  • Oversee integration of ERP with other business systems and applications.
  • Develop and execute test plans, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and validate system performance against business requirements.
  • Support change management initiatives and ensure smooth transitions to new processes.
  • Oversee development of training materials and provide end-user training on updated ERP processes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring business objectives are achieved.
  • Lead and mentor implementation teams, ensuring quality of design documentation and recommendations.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 12+ years in procurement and inventory transformation consulting, with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Strong expertise in process design, optimization, and transition planning for ERP programs.
  • Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Procurement and Inventory modules , including integration capabilities.
  • Experience in developing RFPs and supporting vendor selection processes.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders on strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
