What you ll do:
- Setup a minimum of 10 face-to-face appointments a week
- Qualify all sales leads based upon specific lead qualification criteria
- Prospect into multiple organizations via cold-calling, networking, e-mail/e-marketing, and utilizing internet information sources
- Reach sales quota
- Update lead and prospect interaction in the database on a daily basis
- Act as internal consultant, developing short and long-term strategies for the organization and incorporating other practices to achieve goals.
- Coordinate and lead key projects for improvement across all levels of the organization.
- Follow up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
- Communicate new business developments to prospective clients
- Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones
- Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
- Following industry trends locally and internationally
- Reviewing contracts
- Developing and presenting pitches to potential clients.

What you ll need:
- Bachelor s degree in business, media, marketing or related field
- Strong experience in business and strategic development, campaign management /ad operations/ data analysis in a marketing agency
- Ability to network and maintain professional relationships
- Basic understanding of social formats, targeting options, tracking tools, reporting interface
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
- Proficiency in Excel and PPTX or Keynote.
- Excellent pitching abilities
- Entertainment industry knowledge
- Firm understanding of process improvement techniques and experience applying these if they are to make organizational changes
