Position: Client Manager / Relationship Manager – ECS Department
Location: Dubai (Media City)
Type: Full-Time
Working Days: 5.5 days (Monday to Saturday)
Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM GST
  • Saturday – 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM GST

Job Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Address client concerns and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Create and implement sales plans to generate revenue.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing clients.
  • Manage a portfolio of 250–300 clients.
  • Retain existing clients while bringing in new business from the portfolio.
  • Generate referral leads through relationship-building.

Candidate Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in the banking sector will be considered.
  • Proven expertise in client retention, portfolio management, cross-selling, and upselling.

Qualifications

  • Commerce background with a Master’s degree (MBA or M.Com.)
