Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Setup Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in company formation and be well-versed in UAE laws and regulations related to business setup and government procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 -4* years of experience* in company formation within the UAE, preferably with a well-established business setup firm.
• In-depth knowledge of company formation procedures across all legal structures in accordance with UAE legislation.
• Expert-level understanding of Abu Dhabi & Dubai -specific labor and immigration laws and processes.
• Hands-on experience in document clearance, from initial application to final license issuance.
• Proficient in handling PRO services, including visa processing, government approvals, labor cards, and establishment card applications.
• Strong familiarity with UAE labor and immigration regulations, as well as procedures of various government authorities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
