Role Overview
We are seeking a
Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP)
to support and drive the HR agenda across our factory and manufacturing operations in the UAE. The role requires a strategic HR professional with hands-on experience in managing end-to-end HR functions in industrial environments, ensuring compliance, workforce engagement, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Act as a strategic HR partner to factory leadership, providing guidance on workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development.

Manage HR operations for factory/manufacturing employees, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies.

Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary matters in line with best practices.

Drive talent management initiatives including succession planning, career development, and capability building for blue-collar and supervisory staff.

Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies that support operational excellence and productivity.

Collaborate with line managers on manpower planning, workforce optimization, and retention strategies.

Lead HR projects such as policy development, change management, and employee engagement programs tailored for factory environments.

Monitor HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, productivity KPIs) and provide insights for decision-making.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

10+ years of HR experience
, with at least 5 years in the UAE, preferably in factories/manufacturing/industrial operations.

Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and statutory compliance.

Proven experience in handling large workforce environments (blue-collar & white-collar).

Excellent stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural industrial environment.
