3A Global is hiring a Business Setup Consultan t to advise clients on Free Zone, Mainland, and Offshore company formations. Use your business development skills and UAE expertise to guide clients and support their success.

Requirements & Skills:

• Experience in business setup and advisory services, Real estate Sales, or banking sales in the UAE is mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
• Strong business development and networking skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English;
• Arabic and French speakers would be given more preference.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on Free Zone, Mainland & Offshore business setup
• Delivering strategic, legal, and operational consultation
• Managing inquiries across phone, email, chat & in-person
• Building strong client & partner relationships
• Meeting sales targets and driving growth
• Using Zoho CRM for accurate data management
• Representing 3A Global at networking & industry events
