Key Responsibilities1. Company Formation Expertise
- Advise clients on the most suitable business structure: Mainland, Freezone, or Offshore.
- Lead the end-to-end company formation process, including trade license applications, approvals, visas, permits, and regulatory clearances.
- Liaise with relevant UAE government authorities and free zone entities to ensure smooth processing.
2. Client Consultation & Relationship Management
- Understand client objectives and provide tailored business setup solutions aligned with UAE regulations.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients, ensuring transparency and confidence throughout the process.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
3. Regulatory & Judiciary Compliance
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE business laws, licensing regulations, compliance frameworks, and judiciary procedures.
- Ensure all legal and compliance requirements are fully met.
- Possess strong understanding of UAE legal systems, court procedures, dispute resolution mechanisms, and government protocols relevant to business operations.
4. Document Preparation & Legal Coordination
- Draft, review, and process business contracts, MOAs, service agreements, and other legal documentation with high accuracy.
- Coordinate with legal advisors, PROs, and government departments when required.
5. CRM & Operational Excellence
- Utilize CRM systems to manage client pipelines, track progress, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Implement structured processes to improve efficiency and client retention.
6. Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a team of consultants and administrative professionals.
- Foster a results-driven, collaborative work environment focused on excellence and growth.
7. Business Development & Market Expansion
- Identify market trends, new opportunities, and emerging regulatory updates.
- Build strong relationships with government bodies, free zone authorities, financial institutions, and strategic partners.
- Contribute to revenue growth through proactive client acquisition and upselling of services.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field (MBA or professional certifications preferred).
- Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in Dubai business setup (Mainland, Freezone & Offshore).
- Strong and updated knowledge of UAE company laws, licensing procedures, regulatory frameworks, and judiciary systems.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to clearly explain complex regulations.
- Outstanding negotiation and persuasion abilities with a client-centric approach.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Proficiency in CRM software and client management systems.
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
