Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Business Setup Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will guide clients through the entire company formation process, from selecting the right structure to ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on suitable business structures (Mainland and Free Zone)
• Handle company formation, license renewals, and amendments
• Process residency visas, work permits, and related documentation
• Provide guidance on compliance requirements, VAT, and regulations
• Stay updated with UAE laws, free zone policies, and market trends
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent service

Requirements

• Proven experience in UAE business setup or consultancy
• Strong knowledge of Free Zones (e.g., Meydan, RAKEZ, SPC, Ajman Free Zone)
• Good understanding of UAE licensing and legal procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of VAT and financial processes is an advantage
