Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Setup Consultant to join our Abu Dhabi office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for advising clients on UAE company formation, handling end-to-end business setup processes, and driving new business opportunities. This role requires strong knowledge of mainland, free zone, and offshore jurisdictions—especially ADGM, DED, and other UAE free zones.
Key Responsibilities
Business Setup & Advisory
- Advise clients on the most suitable business setup options in the UAE (Mainland, ADGM, Free Zones, Offshore).
- Provide detailed consultations on legal structures, licensing, shareholding, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and explain cost structures, timelines, and regulatory obligations to clients.
Company Formation & Documentation
- Handle end-to-end company incorporation processes including:
- Trade name reservation
- Initial approvals
- License issuance
- MOA/AOA coordination
- Bank account assistance
- Coordinate with ADGM, DED, free zone authorities, and government departments.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all incorporation documents.
Client Coordination & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through professional communication and timely updates.
- Cross-sell accounting, auditing, VAT, AML, and compliance services.
Sales & Business Development
- Convert inbound leads and actively generate new business opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and track lead status.
Compliance & Regulations
- Stay updated with UAE commercial laws, ADGM regulations, and licensing changes.
- Guide clients on post-incorporation compliance such as ESR, AML, VAT registration, and renewals.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in UAE business setup / company formation consultancy.
- Hands-on experience with ADGM company formation is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in sales or client handling within professional services.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of UAE business laws and jurisdictions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Client-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Language
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Arabic or additional languages will be an added advantage.
