Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements to provide detailed business setup strategies and solutions.
• Guide clients through the complete process of company registration and licensing.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to inform and assist strategic decision making.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations pertinent to business setup.
• Collaborate with legal and financial experts to offer cohesive consultancy services.
• Develop and present detailed business plans to potential investors or stakeholders.
• Offer continuous support and advice to clients during the initial stages of business operations.
• Identify potential business risks and recommend mitigation strategies to clients.
• Support clients in acquiring necessary permits and licenses pertinent to their operations.
• Maintain records of client interactions and ensure accurate documentation of all processes.
• Stay updated with changes in business laws and regulations and disseminate information to clients.
• Enhance client relationships by providing high quality consulting services and advice.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is required.
• Proven experience as a Business Consultant or similar role in the consulting industry.
• In depth understanding of business regulations, compliance, and formation processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills to address complex client needs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for effective client engagement.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using business software and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting purposes.
• Detail oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy in documentation and procedures.
• Knowledge of market analysis techniques and strategic planning methodologies.
