Job Description

We are hiring Business Setup Consultants / Company Formation Consultants to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to start a career in business consultancy, corporate services, and UAE company formation.

You will work closely with clients to assist them through the business registration, licensing, and compliance process in the UAE, while gaining hands-on experience with government authorities and corporate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with company formation in Dubai and the UAE (Mainland & Free Zones)
• Support trade license applications, renewals, and amendments
• Prepare and process business setup documentation in compliance with UAE regulations
• Coordinate with government authorities (DED, Free Zones, Immigration, etc.)
• Provide basic guidance on corporate compliance, visas, and legal requirements
• Handle client follow-ups and support senior business setup consultants
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of applications

Requirements

• Fresh Graduate (any discipline)
• Arabic nationality preferred
• Native Arabic speaker with good English communication skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
• Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate services environment
