Business Setup Consultant & Typist (PRO Services)

About the Role.

Wordcraft Legal Translation is seeking an experienced *Business Setup Consultant & Typist* with strong hands-on expertise in UAE government procedures, company formation, and documentation services. The ideal candidate must be capable of independently handling government portals and client processes end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities.

* Handle Labour & Immigration procedures (visas, work permits, renewals, cancellations, status changes).

* Process company formation, renewals, amendments, and cancellations (mainland & free zones).

* Draft and prepare legal documents including:

* Memorandum of Association (MOA)

* Power of Attorney (POA)

* Local Service Agent Agreements

* Board Resolutions and related documents

* Manage government portal services (Labour, Immigration, Emirates ID, etc.).

* Perform typing and documentation services (Tasheel, Amer, Immigration, Labour applications, etc.).

* Ensure timely submission and tracking of all applications.

* Maintain accurate records of company and client files.

* Guide clients professionally on business setup and compliance requirements.

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in PRO / business setup services (Mandatory).

* Strong knowledge of Labour, Immigration, and company formation procedures.

* Experience in handling mainland and free zone documentation.

* Ability to independently manage UAE government portals.

* Typing center experience preferred.

* Strong communication and documentation skills.
