Business Setup Manager

We are looking for an experienced Business Setup Manager to lead and manage our team of consultants. The role involves overseeing business setup operations, ensuring high-quality client service, driving team performance, and contributing to the growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Setup Consultants.
• Set team targets, monitor performance, and ensure KPIs are met.
• Oversee business setup projects for Mainland, Freezone, and Offshore companies.
• Ensure smooth coordination for corporate bank accounts, PRO services, and government approvals.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, free zones, and banks.
• Keep the team updated on UAE business laws, licensing rules, and compliance requirements.
• Support business development and assist consultants in converting leads into clients.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience managing a team in corporate business setup or consultancy in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of Mainland and Freezone company formation processes.
• Familiarity with corporate bank account procedures and PRO services.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Target-driven, organized, and able to motivate a team effectively.
