Business Solution Manager

As a Business Solutions Partner at Arabic.AI, you will own end-to-end customer relationships, pipeline creation, deal execution, and revenue outcomes across assigned accounts. The role focuses on driving portfolio-led growth across all Arabic.AI divisions by building qualified pipelines, executing disciplined deal strategies, and ensuring predictable revenue performance. The BSP acts as a strategic advisor to clients and a commercial orchestrator internally, aligning pre-sales, delivery, pricing, legal, and product teams to deliver integrated solutions that create measurable customer value and sustainable business growth.



Duties & Responsibilities:

Strategic Account & Portfolio Management

  • Own the end-to-end account plan, including stakeholder mapping, whitespace analysis, and quarterly growth planning.
  • Drive portfolio penetration across all Arabic.AI divisions, ensuring balanced revenue contribution and avoiding single-line dependency.
  • Act as the primary commercial owner of assigned accounts, ensuring long-term value creation and strategic alignment.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with executive and senior stakeholders across customer organizations.

Sales Pipeline & Deal Execution

  • Build and maintain a qualified, healthy pipeline across divisions with disciplined stage progression.
  • Lead deal strategy, commercial services, pricing discussions, and close-plan execution.
  • Drive new logo acquisition (where applicable) and systematic account expansion.
  • Escalate risks early and lead structured deal reviews for complex or high-value opportunities.

Sales Performance, Forecasting & CRM Discipline

  • Own accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility, ensuring predictability and variance control.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, including accurate values, stages, timelines, next steps, ownership, and evidence of customer engagement.

Governance, Compliance & Deal Readiness

  • Ensure full compliance with pricing, discounting, and approval governance frameworks.
  • Guarantee deal readiness prior to closing, including scope alignment, pricing approval, and internal sign-offs.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Commercial Leadership

  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, aligning solutions to real business outcomes.
  • Lead multi-stakeholder initiatives to resolve client challenges and optimize solution delivery.
  • Collaborate across divisions to design bundled, outcome-driven solutions rather than standalone offerings.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams (Pre-Sales, Delivery, Pricing, Legal) to ensure deal readiness and timely closure.

Education, Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of proven experience in enterprise sales, business development, or solutions selling within AI, SaaS, IT services, or consulting environments.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • A good understanding of Language and Translation services and the challenges faced within the specific market sectors.
  • Strong experience in portfolio selling, cross-selling, and solution bundling.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple high-impact opportunities.
  • Excellent in-person and phone-based presentation skills.
  • Excellent level of proficiency with MS Office Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
